Illegal Beaner just testing out his new Illegal Alien Drivers License - Miguel A. Ocampon - charged with DUI, driving 99 mph in Riverside

An illegal beaner on his way home from a New Year's Eve party in Chicago was arrested Thursday after he allegedly was clocked driving 99 mph while drunk, according to Riverside police.

Miguel A. Ocampo, of the 8100 block of West 30th Street in North Riverside, was charged with speeding, two counts of driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic control light, driving without insurance and reckless driving, according to a news release issued by Riverside police Chief Thomas Weitzel.
