If the other rumor is right...that Zach wasn't robbed on his own block but when he was buying drugs or weed by Montrose Harbor... I find it hard to believe anybody would be arrested... Only because the robber(s) side of the story would be made public. 

UPDATE:

Chicago Police are questioning an 18-year-old man in connection with last month's robbery of Mayor Emanuel's son and the iPhone taken in the stickup has been found, according to a police report obtained by RedEye.

The man, who RedEye is not naming because he has not been charged with a crime, was taken into custody at 9:40 a.m. Monday in the 900 block of West Wilson Avenue in Uptown, according to the police report.

Police spokesman Marty Maloney denied an arrest had occurred and did not answer other questions from RedEye. Representatives of the mayor did not return requests for comment.
